Unique Hand-Sewn Silk Pocket Squares Made in England
Lions Tour to Australia
For the first time in 12 years, the British & Irish Lions return to Australia and the action kicks off this coming Saturday, 28th June in Perth against Western Force. With an eagerly awaited tour itinerary, each of the nine games will be tough but the three test matches against Australia represent the toughest challenge.
Get into the Lions tour spirit when you get kitted out with our rugby design silk pocket squares. We have the red & white 'World Class Scrummage', created with British print maker Paul Cleden. We also have 'The (Rugby) Football Match', where the backs are cutting loose in this striking 1938 painting by Australian modernist artist Roy de Maistre CBE. This work of art went on to become one of the UK's art entries at the 1948 London Olympics, the last year that sporting art and literature featured at the Olympics. 'The (Rugby) Football Match' is a true product of British and Australian culture.
Come on the Lions!
