We are currently offering free UK delivery.
Orders to the EU are now supplied on a DDP basis (Delivery Duty Paid) which means that the applied EU VAT rate is covered within what you pay; we guarantee that there will be no further charges (local VAT, duty, clearance charges or surcharges) before or on delivery. Pocket square price is £70 (or £49 according to size) for all markets and the applied EU VAT rate is covered within the shipping charges payable as part of your purchase. For logistical reasons we are unable to supply to Malta on a DDP basis. All other non-UK markets are supplied on a DDU basis (Delivery Duty Unpaid).
We deliver in the United Kingdom using Royal Mail and internationally using either DPD, DHL, Royal Mail or Parcelforce as most appropriate. To find the countries we ship to along with delivery details by country (including courier, aimed for delivery time and cost) please see below. These details are also part of the checkout process, ahead of order confirmation.
We despatch Royal Mail and Parcelforce UK & international orders the same day for orders approved before 3pm (UK time) on a working day (Monday to Friday inclusive). We despatch DPD international orders the same day for orders approved before 10.30am (UK time) on a working day. We despatch DHL international orders the same day for orders approved before 12.30pm (UK time) on a working day. At weekends, on UK public holidays and after the relevant cut off times above on a working day, accepted orders are processed and despatched during the next working day (Monday to Friday). We shall email you once we have despatched your package. Processing of orders is done in a COVID-19 secure way.
Despite our endeavours to despatch quickly, delivery times can end up being longer than the stated aimed for delivery times during busy periods (e.g. Christmas), due to local customs house delays (e.g. Brexit related EU legislation that has generally increased delivery times from the UK to the EU) and in some specific locations due to ongoing COVID-19 issues. Regrettably, these are beyond our control. Please note that most postal and courier services have amended the way they deal with packages requiring a signature as a result of COVID-19.

Taxes, Duties and Clearance Charges
For sales to the EU, an Otway & Orford pocket square meets EU criteria of being a product of the United Kingdom. Where delivery is outside of the UK or the EU countries we deliver to, you may be liable to pay customs duties, sales taxes (VAT), clearance charges and surcharges once the package reaches your country as goods and services are provided to you on a DDU basis (Delivery Duties Unpaid). If applicable, these are payable to the courier before delivery. Contact your local customs office for further information. Please also note that items delivered outside the UK may be inspected by the local customs office. Delivery Restrictions
Whilst we deliver internationally, we do not deliver everywhere. A small part of this is due to there being some countries and regions within countries that we are unable to ship to for reasons of conflict, fraud, embargo or political and other extenuating circumstances. We are unable to deliver to PO boxes in any country or to BFPO addresses. We apologise for any inconvenience and disappointment this may cause.
